Terms and conditions
The members will take care that they are not involved in any character-failing activity
during the Trip.
Extra charges will be applied if the client wants to cover any extra points.
Extra charges will be applied in case of any damage to the vehicle or residential places.
Everyone is strongly advised to only talk to the trip organizers in case of any issue or
inconvenience.
Participants cannot bring any kind of explosive material, weapon, or ANY KIND OF DRUGS
with them. Also, everyone is highly advised not to litter their trash anywhere along the
way to maintain a sense of responsibility towards our northern treasures.
Please respect other participants and locals of the visiting spots; anyone found
guilty/involved in any fights will be immediately dropped from the rest of the trip.
Strict actions would be taken in case of misbehavior towards the trip lead, organizers, or
driver, and no one would be allowed to approach the driver directly.
If, due to political issues or any other unwanted situation, the trip is canceled, then all
participants will be paid back 70% of their dues.
Bookings would be confirmed on full payment in advance, and the customer must clear
all the dues for confirmed bookings.
No refunds will be made for any cancellation of bookings.
For any unwanted situation caused by participants, organizers will not be held
responsible and will not be accused in any case.
In case of theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip, the organizers will
not be held responsible in any case.
On an adventure trek of this type, weather, local politics, transport, or a multitude of
other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in a change of itinerary. It is,
however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are
necessary, the organizer will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration
the best interests of the whole group.
Everyone must bring their national identity card with them. No photocopies will be
accepted. Likewise international travelers must bring their passports and necessary
documents along.
Spikes in fuel or hotel rates can aect current or pre-booked tours.
Participants will bear the charges for the extra stays in case of any unforeseen
circumstances (roadblock, landslide, flash floods, transportation issue, machinery error,
or any other circumstances)
In the event of any unwanted weather conditions, travel management will decide on any
other possible option. The trip itinerary can be changed as per the situation during
unpredictable or uncontrollable circumstances (landslides, roadblocks, transportation
issues, etc.).
The trip organizers can be late to gather everyone. So they shall not be questioned or
subjected to any kind of misbehavior.
The tour organizer will decide the seating arrangement. If customers wish to select seats
of their choice, additional charges will be applied.
While we aim to strictly follow the scheduled times, unexpected events or certain
situations might cause some delays.
Important Note:
For children under 3 years old, no charges will be applied.
Children aged 3 to 7 years old will pay half the price (and will be given a jumper seat).
For children aged 7 years and older, full charges will be applied.

An extra expense due to landslides, roadblocks, flash floods, bad weather, transportation issues, or a multitude of other reasons

Anything not mentioned in the "SERVICES INCLUDED" list
